Mufti Mohammad Ibrahim Essa meticulously reviews and assesses all financing proposals that come before Popular Islamic Modaraba, scrutinizing them in light of the Injunctions of the Quran and Sunnah. Under the guidance of the Shariah Advisor, only those financing proposals that meet the specific criteria set forth by the Quran and Sunnah are approved for financing.
